Jim Mancuso is the current General Manager at Fort Wayne Philharmonic. Jim has over twenty years of experience in the music industry, with a focus on symphony orchestras.

Mancuso began their career in 1997 as the Director of Operations for the Honolulu Symphony. Jim then moved to Nashville to become the Vice President of Artistic Administration for the Nashville Symphony in 2005. In 2012, they left the symphony to start their own company, Mancuso Entertainment, LLC. Jim ran the company for two years before returning to the symphony world as the General Manager of the Fort Wayne Philharmonic in 2014.

Mancuso is a respected figure in the symphony world and has helped many orchestras through difficult times. Jim is known for their dedication to their work and their passion for music.
