Mark Deboer has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a Senior IT Manager for the City of Fort Worth since October 1998. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Consultant at A T & T from April 1997 to October 1998 and began a career in programming at NTS, where employment lasted from April 1989 to April 1997. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Technology from Texas A&M University, completing studies between 1985 and 1988.
