Walter Norwood

Walter Norwood has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager for the City of Fort Worth since January 2015. Prior to this role, Walter held the position of Senior Project Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. from April 2005 to January 2015. Additional experience includes working as a Civil Engineer at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. from 1999 to 2005 and from 1992 to 1997, along with serving as a Project Manager at Cheatham And Associates between 1997 and 1999. Walter earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, where studies took place from 1989 to 1992.
