Craig Sylva has a strong work experience in the creative field, with a focus on art direction and brand development. In 2000, they joined BBDO as a Senior Art Director before moving to MCC Advertising in 2001, where they were responsible for brand development and creative production. Sylva then joined Magnolia Media Group in 2004 as a Senior Art Director, leading the creative direction for multiple publications. In 2008, they became the Creative Director at Fort Worth, Texas magazine, overseeing the magazine's redesign and monthly production.
