Artūrs Hirkovskis

Artūrs Hirkovskis has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Artūrs is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at FORTA PRO since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Skonto Plan Ltd, SIA for nearly a decade. At Skonto Plan, they held various roles including Head of Construction Design department from July 2015 to June 2021, Design Engineer from January 2013 to July 2015, and Production Engineer from September 2012 to January 2013. In these roles, they gained expertise in coordinating the design process for glazed structures and building envelopes, managing a team of specialists, and developing structural and thermal calculations. Before joining Skonto Plan, Artūrs worked as a Construction manager's assistant at SIA ARCERS from June 2011 to October 2011.

Artūrs Hirkovskis pursued their education in the field of Civil Engineering. In 2008, they enrolled in Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, where they completed their Professional Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in 2013. In 2012, they took part in the ERASMUS program at Copenhagen University College of Engineering, where they completed one course of studies. In 2013, they attended Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) and obtained their Master's degree in Civil Engineering in 2014. In 2015, Artūrs Hirkovskis attended Centre for Window and Cladding Technology, completing a single course of studies in Civil Engineering. Additionally, in the same year, they pursued another single course of studies in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Mercuri international.
