Head of Architectural Division at FORTA PRO

Artūrs Mališevs has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of architecture. Artūrs started their career as an Assistant Architect at SIA ''IN4 design ideas'' in 2016, where they were responsible for 3D modeling and preparing technical documentation for interior design projects. Artūrs then joined The House in 2017 as a Project Architect, where they mainly worked on the preparation of architectural drawings for residential housing and free-standing modules. In addition, they participated in technical document development for building restoration and reconstruction projects. In 2018, Artūrs became the owner of SIA "Realisticon" and was responsible for the preparation of architectural drawings for residential housing and extensions of existing manufacturing buildings. Artūrs also organized and led teams of different building discipline representatives to ensure all technical project requirements were met. In 2020, Artūrs joined FORTA PRO as a Junior Architect and gradually advanced to higher positions. Artūrs worked as an Architect, where they planned time schedules and supervised the workflow of the architectural part of multiple highrise modular buildings. Artūrs then became a Senior Architect, where they participated in architect division development planning and prepared technical solutions for projects in different locations. Currently, Artūrs Mališevs serves as the Head of the Architectural Division at FORTA PRO, where they organize and supervises the workflow of a team of 10 specialists and is responsible for division strategy and standard procedures.

Artūrs Mališevs graduated from RISEBA University with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture in the year 2017. In addition, Artūrs has obtained several certifications in various areas such as management, leadership, project coordination, project scheduling, thought leadership, external recruitment, inclusive leadership, outsourcing specialization, Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, attention-to-detail skills, professional training, team management, accountability building, conflict management and resolution, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, communication skills and interpersonal influence, creative thinking and innovation skills, presentation skills, and project management skills from LinkedIn in November 2021.
