Guntars Lukstiņš has extensive work experience in the estimation and production engineering field. Guntars currently holds the position of Head of the Estimation department at FORTA PRO since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Skonto Prefab as a Senior Estimation Engineer and Team Manager from January 2018 to March 2022. Guntars also had roles at Skonto Cross Timber Systems, where they served as the Head of Estimates from January to December 2017 and as a Production Engineer and Estimator from May to December 2016.
Guntars Lukstiņš obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical Education degree in Building construction technician at Riga Building College from 2006 to 2010.
