Renāte Grietiņa-Miļuše has a diverse work experience in project management and design. Renāte worked as a Design Project Manager at FORTA PRO, leading a team for modular construction projects in Europe and managing subcontractors. Prior to that, they served as a Project Management Assistant at BINDERS/BSL INFRA, where they worked on the construction of the Rail Baltica RIX new station and related infrastructure. Renāte'sresponsibilities included coordinating subcontractor work, preparing construction status reports, and providing assistance to QA/QC. Renāte also worked as a Project Management Assistant at Jurmala Golf Club & Hotel for six years, contributing to the development of a world-class golf course and residential area. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Landscape Architecture Intern at ATELIER DE PAISAJE.
Renāte Grietiņa-Miļuše received their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Landscape architecture and planning from Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies in the years 2009 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture at Universidade de Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro from 2012 to 2013. Recently, in the year 2020 to 2021, they completed their Master degree in Project Management at Latvia University of Life Sciences and Technologies.
