Santiago Macias Sauza has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Gerente de RR. HH. and Gerente Desarrollo Organizacional at Fortacero® since May 2022. Prior to that, Santiago held the positions of Gerente Regional de RH and Jefe RH Regional at GRUMA from October 2019 to July 2022. Santiago's earlier roles included Jefe of support information management and coordinator contraloria RH y Finanzas at Cuauhtémoc-Moctezuma and The HEINEKEN Company, respectively. Santiago's career began in the hospitality industry at Cocobongo club and disco. Santiago holds an MBA in Business Administration and a specialization in Finance from Universidad de Monterrey, as well as a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the same institution.
