Daniel Jung

Daniel Jung has a strong background in product design and leadership roles. Daniel is currently working as the Head of Product Design at Fortanix since February 2024. Prior to that, they held the same position at Embrace from July 2022 to February 2024. From November 2020 to August 2022, Daniel worked as a Senior Manager in Product Design at VMware, where they also held other roles such as Staff and Senior MTA. Before joining VMware, they worked as a UI/UX designer at Arkin Net from March 2015 to June 2016. Daniel also served as the Director of Product UI/UX at Egnyte from December 2009 to January 2016. Daniel gained experience in the creative field as a Creative Director at Responsys from April 2008 to December 2008, and at Lyris, Inc. from December 2003 to April 2008. Early in their career, Daniel worked as a Lead UI Designer at Morgan Stanley for a year from July 2001 to November 2002. Daniel started their professional journey as a Sr. Web Developer at Azerity from February 2001 to July 2002, and then at Wired Capital from February 2000 to February 2001. Overall, Daniel has a diverse range of experiences in product design, leadership, and web development.

Daniel Jung received their BA in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art between 1984 and 1989. Additionally, they attended the Rhode Island School of Design, but the duration and degree obtained are unknown.
