Hanna Novikava

Hanna Novikava is currently working as a QA Engineer at Forte DGTL since January 2023. Prior to this, Hanna held the same position at Forte Group starting in August 2021. Before working in the field of QA Engineering, Hanna was the Head of the group of specialists at ЧПУП "Информационное обеспечение" from November 2014 to January 2021. Hanna's career also includes a role as an Accountant at ЧПУП "Профессиональный расчёт" from September 2010 to June 2011. Hanna has pursued education at IT Academy, the Institute of Informatization and Management Technologies of BSU, and Brest State University named after A.S. Pushkin. Hanna's roles have involved tasks such as planning department tasks, controlling document flow with clients, service quality control, and conflict resolution.
