Claudia Rodriguez, M.Ed has work experience in various roles and organizations. Claudia is currently working as a Program Manager at Forte Foundation, where they manage student group directives and develops programming initiatives for the Forte Ambassador program and Forte Women in Business Affiliate Networks. Claudia also develops and implements leadership curriculum for both programs, leading to a significant increase in the number of students involved. At Virginia Tech, Claudia worked as the Assistant Director of Alumni and External Relations for Biomedical Engineering and Mechanics, where they established an external and industry relations program, recruited industry partners, and managed day-to-day operations. Claudia also held the position of Alumni and External Relations Coordinator for the same department, where they developed an alumni relations program, managed events, and oversaw external relations. Prior to that, Claudia served as a Student Intern at the Office of Alumni Relations at Lafayette College, assisting with event planning, content creation, and alumni engagement. Claudia also worked as a Resident Advisor at Lafayette College during this time. Claudia also has experience in leadership roles at Delta Delta Delta, where they served as the Collegiate Chapter President and Continuing Education Coordinator, overseeing chapter operations and coordinating with alumnae. Additionally, Claudia worked as a Social Media Director for The Odyssey, creating and managing the social media presence for the publication. Claudia has also worked in roles such as Park Ranger at the National Park Service, Marketing and Promotions Intern at Toledo Mud Hens, Co-Founder of the Bedford Pancreatic Cancer Benefit Tennis Tournament, and Events Coordination Assistant at Sister Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Claudia Rodriguez, M.Ed has a strong education background. Claudia completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Law at Lafayette College, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Education degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration at Ohio University from 2018 to 2020. Their educational journey showcases their interest and commitment to both government and law as well as higher education administration.
