Denise Montana

Denise Montana has a diverse work experience spanning over 35 years. Denise currently works as a Consultant at DM Consulting and Support since July 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at Forte Foundation, including Vice President of Partnerships and Programs from July 2015, and Director of Corporate Relations from January 2010.

Denise also worked as a Diversity Consultant at Diversity Leadership from January 2009 to January 2010. Before that, they served as the Diversity and Inclusion Head at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2008.

Denise started their career at Citibank in 1990, where they held the positions of Diversity, EEO Compliance, and Work Life. Denise later joined Philip Morris Management Corporation as a Senior Compensation Consultant from September 1986 to 1990.

Their early experience includes working as an HR Manager at Ebasco Services from 1984 to 1986. Throughout their career, Denise has focused on promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and developing programs to support women's career advancement.

Denise Montana received their J.D. degree in Employment and Labor from New York Law School, where they attended from 1986 to 1990.
