Barbara G.

Barbara G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Barbara started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Sykes in 2004, where they eventually became a Backup Supervisor. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Trainer at TeleTech, where they audited calls and trained new hires for Hewlett Packard and T-Mobile. In 2009, they joined NCO Financial Systems as a Customer Care Representative for Sprint Wireless.

Barbara then transitioned into the IT field, starting at IBM Argentina in 2010 as a Quality Specialist and later as a Windows System Administrator and Identity and Access Management professional. Barbara joined HP Enterprise Services in 2011 as a Compliance Lead and Project Analyst for SAP, before taking on the role of Compliance - TSS / Windows Technical Consultant. At General Motors, Barbara held various roles, including ETL Developer, QA Project Lead, and Technical Security Standards Lead.

In 2018, Barbara joined Flexiti as a Manual QC, where they worked until 2020. Barbara then became a QA/QC at Parser from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, since 2021, Barbara has been working as a QA Engineer at Forte Group. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in quality assurance, manual and automated testing, compliance, and project leadership.

Barbara G. completed their education history with a few notable accomplishments. In 2005, they attended the Cisco Networking Academy for a year and obtained a CCNA degree in Networking. Then, in 2001, Barbara attended the Universidad Nacional de Rosario for a period of one year, where they studied Business Administration.

Additionally, Barbara gained further certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2012, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management. Barbara also became Smartserve certified in Bartending & Mixology in 2009, acquiring their certification from the institution called Smartserve.
