Carolina Calle

Carolina Calle has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carolina currently works at Forte Group as a Senior Technical Recruiter since June 2022. Before that, they held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from January 2022 to June 2022. Prior to Forte Group, they worked as a Human Resources Operations Specialist at Forte Group from October 2020 to June 2022.

Carolina also worked at Astound Commerce as a Recruiter from September 2019 to October 2020 and had a previous stint as a Recruiter at the same company from December 2018 to July 2019. Carolina briefly worked at Dental Whale® as a Talent Acquisition professional from July 2019 to September 2019.

Before transitioning into the recruitment field, Carolina worked at SproutLoud Media Networks as a Recruiter from June 2016 to December 2018 and as a Production Designer from October 2012 to May 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Creative Director at Casa Creativa from March 2011 to October 2012.

Carolina started their career as a Junior Graphic Designer at Dvinni from an unknown start date to January 2011, where they were responsible for designing advertising pages, managing project deadlines, and meeting clients. Carolina also held the role of Junior Graphic Designer at Apunto Group from January 2004 to March 2008, where they designed various graphic art and promotional materials.

Carolina Calle completed a Diplomado in Fortalecimiento Empresarial from Bancolombia & CES in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Academia Superior de Artes from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Diseñadora Gráfica Publicitaria. In addition to their formal education, Carolina also obtained a certification in English fluency from Duolingo in October 2015.
