Manuel Urbano

Manuel Urbano has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Manuel started their career as a Computer Network and Systems Administrator at GlobalCA in 2013, where they managed and troubleshooted network and system services. Manuel also provided helpdesk support and administration for Linux and Windows servers.

In 2015, Manuel worked as a Freelancer Network Administrator at Upwork, where they managed clients' networks and system services. Manuel was responsible for configuration management and operational readiness of networking equipment.

From 2017 to 2018, Manuel worked as a Network Engineer at Techwise SRL, where they planned, deployed, and optimized network and system services for various clients. Manuel provided support services and managed a wide range of networking environments.

Manuel then joined Nubiral LATAM in 2018 as a DevOps Engineer and Network Engineer Team Lead. Manuel collaborated with software developers, system operators, and IT staff members to manage code releases. Manuel also led networking projects, designed networking solutions, and improved networking infrastructure based on Cisco's best practices.

In 2021, Manuel joined AgileThought as a DevOps Engineer. Manuel was assigned to the Converge project for Amwell telemedicine company. Manuel played a crucial role in the project, ensuring smooth operations through a continuous improvement process.

Currently, Manuel Urbano is working at Forte Group as a DevOps Engineer, starting in 2022.

Manuel Urbano obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro (UNITEC) from 2013 to 2017. Manuel then enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy from 2016 to 2020, specializing in CCNP: Routing & Switching. In addition to their formal education, Manuel also obtained several certifications, including Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2020, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) from Cisco in February 2020, and AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2019.
