Pen Panchanak

Pen Panchanak currently serves as the Manager of Training and Development at Forte Life Assurance since September 2023. Previously, Pen held positions at Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance, starting as an Administrator from June 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing staff support, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Pen also worked as a Sales Training Specialist and temporarily as a Mentor for the Agriculture Incubation Program at Impact Hub Phnom Penh. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior HR and Admin Officer at Dewey International Co., LTD., with a focus on compliance, recruitment, staff performance appraisal, and HRIS management. Pen is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Management and Economics, expected to graduate in 2024.
