Chittaranjan Rout is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Design Analyst - Payments at CSG Forte since May 2022, Chittaranjan contributes to the DEX product and core transaction processing team. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at MYtech Consulting Services, where responsibilities encompassed scrum, agile methodologies, and UI/UX design from December 2020 to April 2022. Previously, Chittaranjan worked as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2012 to April 2018, focusing on service delivery, support, audit, and customer escalations for the Delphi (QAD) and Infor accounts. Chittaranjan's academic background includes a degree in Science from GIET University Gunupur, complemented by foundational education at MGM English School in Rourkela.
