Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Director of Technology and IT Project Manager at iCG Pay from October 2019 to June 2024, where effective team expansion and management were highlighted, overseeing a significant workforce across multiple locations. Frank's earlier experience includes serving as a Technical Program Manager at Night Owl Security Products LLC, managing teams and budgets for product development, and engaging in product design and engineering as a Product Development Engineer. Academically, Frank pursued postgraduate studies in Telecommunications and earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana "José Antonio Echeverría," where also served as a university professor and researcher.
