Previously, Lori held the position of Customer Success Manager II at CSG Forte, focusing on onboarding and retention strategies. Prior to joining CSG Forte, Lori worked at Sturgis Web Services as an Operations & Customer Service Administrator, where responsibilities included managing customer service workflows and providing training on various online payment systems. Lori began their career at the City of Rock Hill, SC, as a Key Accounts Manager, where contributions to marketing initiatives significantly benefitted local economic development. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance from Winthrop University.
