Adam Crosby MA, LAT, ATC is a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer with extensive experience in sports medicine. Currently serving at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics since January 2020, Adam also contributes to the First Line Tactical Athlete Program. Previously, Adam held the position of Director of Sports Medicine and Associate Professor of Athletic Training at Anderson University from June 2016 to January 2020, overseeing football and men's basketball as the Head Athletic Trainer. Adam's earlier roles include serving as an Athletic Trainer at Eisenhower High School with Accelerated Rehabilitation Centers and as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Ball State University, focusing on baseball and football. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Sport and Human Performance from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training/Trainer from Anderson University.
