Darcey Noirot, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Forté Sports Medicine and Orthopedics since March 2023, Darcey has previously held similar positions at Turner Construction Company and STANLEY Security, where contributions included senior-level HR responsibilities. Additionally, Darcey has expertise in recruiting and HR analytics, having worked as a Recruiting & HR Analyst at Stratosphere Quality. Early career experience includes assisting in finance and HR for the Independent Colleges of Indiana, supporting a substantial scholarship program. Darcey holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management, both from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with an educational background from Ivy Tech Community College.
