Adrian Borşoş

Adrian Borşoş has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Adrian began their career as a Progress Developer in August 2011 and later transitioned to a role as a .Net Developer in August 2012. Adrian worked as a .Net Developer for various companies until March 2015, during which they gained expertise in creating sustainable build models, implementing unit testing frameworks, and managing continuous integration using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Stash, and Bamboo.

From January 2017 to May 2018, Adrian worked as a Community Lead and was responsible for the personal development of their colleagues by organizing meetings and identifying opportunities for improvement. Adrian also contributed as a Technical Lead on a banking project from May 2018 to April 2019, where they successfully modernized the project and dealt with limited support from the customer's tech team.
