Dan Paun

Dan Paun has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dan currently works as a Software Tester at Fortech, where they are responsible for analyzing specifications, creating test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and verifying defect fixes. Prior to this, Dan worked at Banca Transilvania as an Individual Customers Relationship Manager and later as a Card Dispute Analyst. Dan also served as a Manual Tester Volunteer at PeViitor Community Initiative. In addition, Dan was a QA Academy Trainee at OSF Digital. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Retail Customers Partner at Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR), Customer Service Coordinator and Personal Banking Consultant/Customer Advisor at Bancpost, and Individual Customers Advisor at BRD - Groupe Societe Generale. Throughout their work experience, Dan has demonstrated their skills in customer relationship management, quality assurance, testing, and finance.

Dan Paun earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universitatea "Babeș-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, which they attended from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Baccalaureate Diploma in Mathematics & Physics from Liceul Teoretic "Petru Rareș" Târgu Lăpuș, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. In August 2022, they also completed a certification course called "Learning Java" from LinkedIn.
