Mihaela Hadjiu

Mihaela Hadjiu has a diverse work experience. Mihaela is currently working as a QA Automation Engineer at Fortech since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a QA Automation Engineer at Fortech from February to May 2022. Before joining Fortech, Mihaela worked at Nehemiah Security as an Intermediate Financial Analyst from April 2019 to May 2021. Mihaela'sresponsibilities included accounting tasks, payroll preparation, managing relationships with outsourced companies, and testing and implementing new accounting software. Mihaela also created documentation for processes and trained team members. Mihaela had a role as a Global Mobility Compliance Advisor at BOMBARDIER from June 2017 to April 2019. Mihaela'sresponsibilities included processing tax payments and refunds, initiating services for employee transfers, and improving process flow efficiency. Mihaela documented processes, trained new hires, and cross-trained team members. Prior to that, Mihaela worked at Office Depot from November 2012 to May 2017. Mihaela held several roles including Key Accounts Senior Credit Controller, Key Accounts Credit Controller, and Process Analyst. Mihaela'sresponsibilities included credit and collection activities, analyzing overdue accounts, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to process mapping and alignment. Mihaela also documented processes and elaborated training materials.

Mihaela Hadjiu pursued their education at Babes-Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, Faculty of Letters, from 2009 to 2012. During this period, they completed their Bachelor's degree in French and English Linguistics and Literature. In 2011, they had the opportunity to further their studies and gain international exposure through an Erasmus Grant at the University of Rouen, Faculty of Humanities and Letters. Mihaela continued to specialize in the field of French and English Linguistics and Literature during their time at the University of Rouen.
