Oana Ivas

Oana Ivas has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and companies. Oana began their career at Telesoft SRL in 2009 as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed projects until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an HR Consultant at TeamBiz SRL, providing expertise in human resources management. In 2016, they joined XIVIC as an HR Manager, overseeing HR activities for the company. Oana then moved on to Fortech as an HR Specialist in 2017 and later became an HR Manager, where they were responsible for HR activities and initiatives. In this role, they partnered with various teams, developed HR policies and procedures, contributed to performance management and employee development, and collaborated on change management projects. Oana Ivas has demonstrated their expertise and skills in human resources throughout their career.

Oana Ivas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitatea "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" din Iași, from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the same university, from 2008 to 2010.
