Teodora Milas

Teodora Milas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Teodora'smost recent position is as a QA Engineer at Fortech, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Tester at Endava from 2018 to 2021, where they were involved in FinTech projects and performed manual QA with some automation. Furthermore, Teodora served as a Co-Founder and Software Tester at Decagon.tech in 2017, taking charge of QA strategies, communication with stakeholders, and documentation of user stories.

Teodora also has experience at Fortech as a QA Lead from 2016 to 2017, managing a software QA team and implementing a QA analysis process. In addition, Teodora worked as a QA Engineer at Fortech from 2015 to 2017, performing analysis, test case design, and execution on mobile platforms and reporting software failures. Teodora actively participated in Agile meetings during this period.

Teodora's work history also includes roles outside of the software industry. Teodora worked as a Blogger from 2014 to 2015, creating a blog to help their learn software testing and engage with the community. Before that, they were a Founding Member and President of PsyHealth - Centre for Mental Health Promotion, an NGO, from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist at Cabinet Individual de Psihologie Straton Elena-Teodora in 2013 and as a Junior Researcher at Open Minds - Center for Mental Health Research, an NGO, from 2011 to 2013.

Teodora Milas has a diverse education history. Teodora started by completing the Baccalaureate Diploma in Social Sciences at National College "Petru Rares" Suceava in 2007. Teodora then attended the Faculty of Law at University "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" Iasi for one year before transferring to "Babeș-Bolyai" University in Cluj-Napoca. At "Babeș-Bolyai" University, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from 2008 to 2011. Teodora continued their education at the same university, earning a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling, and Psychotherapy from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, Teodora completed the BBST Foundation in Software Testing Course and received a Certificate of Completion. Teodora also obtained a Train of Trainees Certificate from "Babeș-Bolyai" University in the same year. Teodora further enhanced their skills by becoming an ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level in 2016. Most recently, in 2020, they attended Scaled Agile and became a Certified SAFe Practitioner.
