Fortell Impact builds voice-based conversational AI and avatar tools for organisations working at the frontlines of international development. Our technology enables beneficiary data collection, impact evaluation, coaching delivery, and training at scale — across 40+ countries, in multiple languages, with no internet required.

We work with NGOs, development finance institutions, microfinance networks, and foundations to close the communication gap between organisations and the people they serve. Where traditional methods are slow, expensive, or inaccessible, Fortell delivers structured, scalable conversations — by phone, by screen, or both.

Our clients include UNICEF, the Gates Foundation, IDB Lab, the Asian Development Bank, World Bank, and Finnfund. Projects span AI-powered coaching for women microentrepreneurs in Kenya, loan officer studies in India, and avatar-based interviewing in Mozambique and Burundi.

Member of the European Microfinance Network (EMN).
