Heather Henderson

Heather Henderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Heather currently works as a Product Owner at Fortem Technologies since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Consultant for various startups as a freelance software development team player/coach from 2014 onwards. In 2021, they served as the Director of Product at Scanifly, where they organized and prioritized feature and product development for solar installation planning software. From 2020 to 2021, they were involved in product discovery and prioritization as part of the Product team at OurRoots.org. Heather also worked as a Product Owner at Findmypast from 2019 to 2020, where they led international Agile software development teams and optimized A/B testing. Heather gained experience in sales operations and product working groups at Rain Retail Software from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they held the role of Product Manager at RootsFinder from 2016 to 2019, where they conducted user interviews and designed complex user journeys. From 2014 to 2016, Heather worked in product marketing at Rain Retail Software. Prior to that, they served as a Product Manager at youwho.com from 2010 to 2014, where they managed projects, developed content and partnerships, and handled HTML and CSS tasks. Heather started their career as a self-employed contractor from 2000 to 2011.

Heather Henderson's education history includes attending Idaho State University and Seoul American High School. However, no specific degree or field of study is provided for either institution.
