Rohan Kumar Das

Rohan Kumar Das is a Research and Development Manager at Fortemedia, Singapore, since April 2021, where Rohan leads the founding R&D unit. Prior to this role, Rohan served as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore from December 2017 to March 2021, directing the speaker verification group within the Human Language Technology Lab, focusing on various areas including speech signal processing and machine learning. Rohan's experience includes a Data Scientist position at KOViD Analytics for a brief period in 2017, contributing to speaker recognition and spoof detection systems. Rohan earned a Ph.D. in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, where Rohan focused on speaker verification research, and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from North-Eastern Hill University.
