Edward Pooley

Edward Pooley has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Edward currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at FortéOne. Prior to this, they served as the President of Assura Windows and Doors, LLC, a portfolio company of Amberley Capital Management, LLC. Edward has also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Amberley Capital Management LLC and held the role of Vice President Operations/Treasurer at Chinatrust Capital Corporation. Before that, they were the SVP and Chief Financial Officer at St. Joseph Capital Corporation & St Joseph Capital Bank. Edward'searlier experience includes being the Chief Operations Officer at The Metamora State Bank and Product Manager, Management Trainee, and College Intern at National City Bank.

Edward Pooley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Finance, with a minor in Investments, from The University of Toledo. Edward attended the university from 1983 to 1987.
