Alina Valea

Alina Valea has extensive work experience as a software engineer, specializing in embedded systems and cloud data platforms. Alina started their career in 2002 at Siemens VDO Automotive SRL, where they worked as an Embedded Software Engineer and later became a Team Leader. In 2008, they joined Continental Automotive Romania SRL, where they served as a Software System Integrator and later transitioned to an Embedded Software Engineer role. In 2014, Alina joined Samsung Cambridge Solution Centre as a Staff Software Engineer. Alina then moved on to CMR Surgical in 2017, starting as a Senior Software Engineer in the Embedded division and later transitioning to a role in their Cloud Data Platform team. Currently, Alina is working as a Senior Software Engineer at Forter, a position they started in August 2022.

Alina Valea pursued their education in Health/Medical Physics at the University of Bucharest. From 1996 to 2000, they completed their Bachelor's degree in this field at the University. Alina then continued their studies and obtained a Master's degree in Health/Medical Physics from the same University from 2000 to 2002.
