Crystal Flanagan

Crystal Flanagan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Crystal started their career at Five Guys Burgers and Fries in 2009 as an Assistant Manager. Crystal then joined GameStop in 2006 as an SGA and worked there until 2011. In 2011, Crystal joined Apple Inc. as a Specialist and stayed until 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at the Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths and Adults, first as an IT Trainer and later as a National DeafBlind Equipment Distribution Program Trainer. Crystal then joined Techworks Consulting, Inc. in 2016 as a Solutions Engineer until 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they served as a Lead Senior Technical Support Engineer at PowerSchool. Currently, Crystal is working as a Client Support Specialist at Forter, starting from March 2022.

Crystal Flanagan obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Graphic Design from Nassau Community College, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued further education at Hunter College from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language Arts.
