Ilana Foyer

Ilana Foyer has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles throughout their career. Ilana started their professional journey at ANZ as a Graduate in 2008 and later transitioned into the role of Assistant Branch Manager from 2009 to 2010. From 2011 to 2013, Ilana worked as a Learning and Development Facilitator for Suncorp. In 2014, they joined Optimove as a Customer Success Manager and also briefly served as a New Business Representative. Ilana continued their customer success career at Ongage, where they held the position of Head of Customer Success from 2017 to 2019. Ilana then moved on to Dynamic Yield as a Customer Success Manager from September 2019 to August 2021. Currently, Ilana is employed at Forter as a Senior Customer Success Manager, starting in April 2022. Their experience showcases a strong focus on customer success roles within the technology and financial sectors.

Ilana Foyer pursued their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Human Resource Management & Commercial Law from the University of Sydney from 2004 to 2007.
