Nikos Vrakas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Nikos began their career in 2010 as a Marketing Assistant and Content Editor at Actclick.com. In 2011, they worked as a Content Editor and Journalist at EponymousNetwork.com. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Digital Marketing Executive for TinasCraft.com, overseeing various websites and online services. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Digital Content Editor and Newspaper Columnist at Neos Ependitis newspaper, iEnimerosi.gr, and Exedra.gr. In 2014, they joined Crashonline.gr as a Digital Content Editor. In 2016, they joined The Access Group as a Customer Success Manager (Onboarding). Nikos then transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Decibel, a Medallia Company. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Forter, starting in 2021.
Nikos Vrakas completed their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon, attending from 2004 to 2009. In 2011, they participated in a seminar on publishing at Dardanos Publications. In 2015, they obtained a certification in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics from FUTURE BUSINESS SCHOOL - Company. Additionally, Nikos has received two additional certifications: Registered PRINCE2® Practitioner from PeopleCert in March 2018 and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in January 2019.
