Charlie Pfeifer

Charlie Pfeifer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in capture and proposal analysis, contract management, and strategic support within the defense contracting sector. Currently serving as a Capture and Proposal Analyst at Forterra since November 2025, Charlie previously held roles at Govini as a Senior Capture Strategist and Capture Strategist, contributing to capture and proposal support. Earlier experience includes serving as a Post-Award Contract Specialist at QinetiQ and as a Contract Specialist and Acquisition Fellow at IMSolutions, LLC. Charlie's career began as a Contract Coordinator at PMA International, LLC, a firm specializing in defense contracting, and includes an internship with the Turkish Coalition of America.
