Emily Peterson Alva

Emily Peterson Alva is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and non-profit sectors. Currently serving on the boards of Alkermes, Amneal Pharmaceuticals, the Mission Society of New York City, and Forterra, Alva focuses on governance, operational compliance, and financial oversight. As a founding member of Extraordinary Women on Boards and a participant in the NextGen Board Leaders initiative, Alva is dedicated to promoting corporate governance and board leadership. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Barnard College, Columbia University.
