David Adams

David Adams has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. David began their career in 1997 as a Technical Authority at Admiral/CMG. In 1999, they joined Hays Group as Global Data Manager, where they were responsible for the Hays Group data globally. In 2004, they joined Logica as Lead Technical Architect, where they designed and implemented the global bid management system for a global system integrator. In 2012, they moved to CGI as Lead Technical/Enterprise Architect in the CIO, where they worked on a Global Strategic Analysis tool, a variety of CRM System enhancements, a Cloud Video Streaming platform, and managed the Bid Repository tooling platform. In 2015, they were appointed CTO/Chief Architect at Acision. In 2018, they moved to IRIS Software Group as IT Technical Authority. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Forterro as Head of IT Security.

David Adams received a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Geology from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd between 1990 and 1993. David then went on to obtain a Masters in Computer Science from Birkbeck, University of London between 1995 and 1997.
