Felicia Sophie Wendt-Lazay has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Felicia Sophie began their career in 2000 as a Consultant (Strategy & Change Management) at IBM Unternehmensberatung GmbH. In 2004, they moved to IBM Deutschland GmbH as a Project Manager and People Manager. In 2009, they were promoted to HR Partner at IBM. In 2014, they became Labour Relations Partner at IBM Deutschland, where they acted as the employer representative in works council meetings and was the focal point for all work council related topics. In 2018, they moved to IBM Deutschland Customer Support Services GmbH / IBM Deutschland C&NSS GmbH as Personalleiterin / HR Leader. In 2021, they were appointed Director Human Resources DACH at IFS. Most recently, in 2022, they became HR Director Forterro Central Europe at Forterro.

Felicia Sophie Wendt-Lazay obtained a Diplomökonomin in Economics from the University of Hohenheim between 1994 and 2000. In September 2020, they received an IBM Consulting Profession Certification - Expert from IBM.
