Magdalena Duda

VP of Marketing, Central Europe at Forterro

Magdalena Duda has extensive experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation and strategic planning. Magdalena currently holds the position of VP of Marketing, Central Europe at Forterro, a role they began in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Marketing at abas ERP starting in September 2022. From August 2019 to May 2022, they worked at ABBYY, initially as the Director of Demand Generation Europe and later as the Director of Global Demand Generation. During their time at ABBYY, Magdalena successfully developed and executed comprehensive demand generation strategies and transitioned the company to fully digital lead generation. Before joining ABBYY, they held the position of Marketing Director DACH-Region at Comarch AG from February 2009 to July 2019, where they focused on building the marketing team and implementing integrated marketing programs. Prior to that, Magdalena worked as a Marketing Specialist in the Small Medium Business Division at Comarch SA, where they pioneered successful digital marketing strategies and managed marketing programs for the Partner Network.

Magdalena Duda has a diverse educational background with a focus on digital marketing, media, and communication. In 2021 and 2022, they attended the London Business School, where they pursued a program titled "Mastering Digital Marketing: SEM, SEO, Social Media and Beyond." Prior to this, they completed postgraduate studies in E-Marketing at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2008 to 2009.

Magdalena holds a Master of Media and Communication degree, which they obtained from Jagiellonian University. Magdalena attended this university from 2003 to 2005, specializing in PR and advertising. Before pursuing their master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from the University of Wroclaw, where they studied from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Magdalena has obtained the DELF certification in French Studies from the International Centre for French Studies for France's Ministry of Education in March 2003.
