Nicolas RAMOND

Nicolas RAMOND has been working in the technology industry since 2013. Nicolas began their career at INFOCERT France as a Web Developer in 2013 before joining Sylob in 2014 as a Site Reliability Engineer, Software Engineer, and Software Developer. In 2022, they joined Forterro as a Site Reliability Engineer, where they work in the Cloud Operations team to automate, configure, and deploy the company's cloud-based SaaS infrastructure. Their goal is to help design, deploy, and administer the customer-facing SaaS cloud platforms to create a best-of-breed customer experience based on highly available and performant solutions. Nicolas also provides technical expertise to the company to ensure it follows industry best practices and minimizes downtime.

Nicolas RAMOND obtained their BTS IRIST (IT and Networks for Industry and Technical Services) from Lycée Saint-Pierre Tarbes in 2012-2014. Afterwards, they obtained a University degree in Computer Science from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 2014-2015. Nicolas then obtained an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 2015-2018. Additionally, they have obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022 and the Bulats certification from Cambridge Assessment English.
