Polly Eldridge

Polly Eldridge has extensive experience in the legal field, having held various roles since 2004. Polly began their career as a Legal Secretary at Eversheds in 2004, followed by a Trainee Solicitor role at Poole & Co LLP in 2005. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Corporate Solicitor at Boyce Hatton Solicitors, and then as a Commercial Solicitor at avelo in 2012. In 2013, they moved to Intergraph as Divisional Counsel, PP&M, UK, Nordic Regions & Israel, and then to Hexagon PPM as Regional Divisional Counsel, Western & Nordic Region (including Israel). Most recently, they have been Group General Counsel (Global) and Compliance Officer at Forterro since 2020. In these roles, they have been responsible for providing commercial, legal, regulatory and compliance advice at the executive level, as well as managing a team of internal legal counsels, engaging with external counsel, and developing and implementing structure, processes/controls and procedures to support the business and further develop the legal function.

Polly Eldridge completed a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies with Spanish from Northumbria University between 1998 and 2002. Polly then went on to attend the College of Law, Birmingham from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their PgDL & LPC.
