Aaron Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Aaron started their career as an Undergraduate Mechanical Engineer at Lycopodium Ltd in 2011, where they assisted on-site workers and designed pipelines for mining projects. Aaron then worked as a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at McDowall Affleck, focusing on design verification and certification of pressure vessels and lifting devices/platforms. After that, Aaron joined Mazda Australia Pty Ltd as a Vehicle Sales Manager. Aaron later joined FEV Europe GmbH as a Project Engineer, where they developed an automated door closure concept for an urban electric car-sharing vehicle. Aaron then joined EDAG Group as a Project Engineer, leading a team in designing and developing automotive components for BMW and TOGG. Aaron'snext position was at Siemens as an Engineering Project Manager, where they executed projects within budget and time, and served as a technical engineering interface for clients. Currently, Aaron is working at Fortescue as a Lead Project Engineer.

Aaron Lee has a Master of Science (MSc) in International Automotive Engineering from Aachen University of Applied Sciences - FH Aachen, which they completed in 2017-2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) in International Automotive Engineering from RMIT University in 2016-2018. Aaron'searlier education includes a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Western Australia in 2009-2013, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Motorsport Engineering from Edith Cowan University in 2014. Additionally, Aaron has obtained a certification in Rail Safeworking Level 2 - Safely Access the Rail Corridor from TIC - The Instruction Company RTO ID 20928.
