Alexandra Rough is an experienced professional currently serving as the Principal of Workspace Engagement at Fortescue since July 2023, a company recognized for its integrated green technology and innovative infrastructure development. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Chief Operating Officer (Asia Pacific) at Eagles Flight Asia Pacific, specializing in learning and culture change programs. As Chief of Strategy at BRT Equity, a private equity firm focused on ESG factors, Alexandra improved operational and strategic growth initiatives.
