Clara Wee

Clara Wee is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and business partnering across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Finance Business Partner at Fortescue since December 2024, Clara previously held the position of Finance Manager at Catalpa Group, overseeing finance functions and reporting to the CEO. Clara worked at Orica from May 2019 to December 2024 in multiple roles, including Finance Business Partner for both the Orebody Intelligence and Pilbara joint venture operations, focusing on financial integration and P&L management. Prior experience includes serving as Finance Manager at NBCUniversal Media, supporting annual budgeting and forecasting for the EMEA Consumer Products business, as well as roles at BHP Billiton, ranging from Senior Financial Analyst to Internal Auditor. Clara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Western Australia and is a member of CPA Australia.
