David Bell

David Bell has a solid work history starting from 2006-2022. David began their career as a Quantity Surveyor at Scanmoor and later moved on to PJ Hegarty & Sons as a Quantity Surveyor. In 2009, they joined Maor Scaffolding Ltd as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. From 2012-2014, they worked as a Contracts Engineer at Hatch Associates. David then joined Chiyoda Corporation, where they held two roles: Commercial Advisor from 2014-2017 and Commercial Manager from 2017-2021. After that, they worked as a Commercial Manager at Exyte from 2021-2022. Currently, they hold the position of Contracts and Procurement Lead - Europe at Fortescue.

David Bell holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University Dublin. David is also a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, having obtained the MRICS qualification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
