Hilary Bones currently serves as Vice President at Fortescue Future Industries since May 2022 and holds a Vice President position at Occidental since 2018, after previously being Senior Director of Government Affairs at the American Petroleum Institute from August 2016 to August 2018. Hilary has also worked as Director and Assistant Counsel of Government Affairs for the Portland Cement Association in 2016, and served as Majority Counsel for the United States Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works from January 2015 to February 2016. An early career included a summer internship with the Honorable Claire V. Eagan at the U.S. District Court and various legislative roles within the U.S. House of Representatives from May 2009 to August 2012, including Legislative Director. Hilary holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
