Rebecca Hayward has extensive work experience in the legal, contracts, procurement, and supply chain fields. Rebecca currently holds the position of Global Head - Contracts, Procurement and Supply Chain at Fortescue Future Industries. Prior to this, they served as GM of Legal, Contracts, Procurement and Logistics | Projects at the same company. Before joining Fortescue, Rebecca held various managerial and legal positions at Clayton Utz. Additionally, they have served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Sustainability and Risk Committee at Panoramic Resources Limited.

Rebecca Hayward completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) degree at Deakin University from 2000 to 2004. Rebecca then pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) specializing in Construction Law at the University of Melbourne from 2012 to 2014.
