Igor Ripari is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading high-impact projects and teams. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at FORTH® since May 2025, Igor drives API development and integration services, aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives. Previously, at HCLSoftware, Igor managed a global engineering team for SCM solutions, utilizing AI-driven strategies to enhance software delivery. As a Program Manager at IMS Integrated Merchandising Solutions, Igor aligned cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, while earlier roles at Bosch included directing product lifecycle initiatives and optimizing quality assurance processes. Igor began a career in technology at NCR Corporation, providing technical support for POS systems. Igor holds an MBA from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo and a B.Tech. in Information Technology from Faculdade Carlos Drummond de Andrade.
