Craig MacLeod has a strong background in IT and systems analysis. Craig started their career as a Trainee Systems Analyst at Forth Ports Limited in 2013 and worked their way up to become the Head of Group Operational Systems in 2022. Craig MacLeod attended Alva Academy from 2002 to 2008, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study during that time. From 2008 to 2012, they attended the University of Stirling and obtained a BA Joint Honours degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management. Additionally, in 2016, Craig MacLeod obtained the BCS (ISEB) Certificate in Modelling Business Processes and the BCS (ISEB) Certificate in Requirements Engineering from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Craig also obtained the BCS (ISEB) Certificate in Business Analysis Practice in December 2015 from the same institution.
